The Associate Director, Academic Operations Consulting Services, leads consulting efforts within units under the Provost's Office, driving projects that enhance academic operations. This includes collaborating with academic leadership to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies that enhance service delivery to academic stakeholders in line with strategic priorities. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within higher education and experience building relationships across academic units. The Associate Director will report to the Executive Director, Continuous Improvement, and will have at least two direct reports (Senior Consultant positions), likely 3-4 in the future.
